As the Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our airport programs, ensuring efficient operations, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the overall airport experience.Develop and implement comprehensive airport programs and strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectivesLead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones and deliverablesManage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCollaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, airlines, and service providers, to optimize airport operations and enhance customer satisfactionOversee budget planning, allocation, and financial management for all airport programsIdentify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to program successDevelop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvementEnsure compliance with local and international aviation regulations and safety standardsPresent regular progress reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholdersStay abreast of industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions and drive operational excellenceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum 20+ years of experience in airport operations or management, with a proven track record of successful program implementation in GCCDemonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects or programs in an airport environmentStrong project management skills with PMP certification or equivalent preferredExcellent strategic planning and execution abilitiesProficient in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocationAdvanced stakeholder management and communication skillsExceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesIn-depth knowledge of airport operations, regulations, and international aviation standardsUnderstanding of aviation industry trends and best practicesStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusWillingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
