We are seeking an experienced and motivated Program Leader to head our strategic system development program. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and industrialisation of our flagship diagnostic platform, guiding high-performing internal and external project teams to achieve ambitious program goals.If you are ready to lead with purpose, empower others, and create lasting impact, we would like to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define program objectives, create detailed project plans, set milestones, and coordinate phase/gate reviews to ensure successful execution.Program Management: Oversee system development program and projects, including internal teams and external OEM/CMO partners.Agility in Action: Thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities, guiding teams through ambiguity toward precise execution.Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, ensuring transparent communication with leadership, partners, and stakeholders.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 13485, IVDR, and other relevant standards throughout the development lifecycle.Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and financial areas.Team Leadership: Coordinate and inspire cross-functional, cross-cultural teams to achieve shared objectives.Resource & Budget Management: Secure resources, manage budgets, and optimise utilisation to meet program deliverables.Decision-Making: Partner with senior management to drive program-level decisions.Skills & RequirementsMaster’s degree (or higher) in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex product development programs.Demonstrated expertise in IVD/MD regulations and ISO 13485 across the product development lifecycle.Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in risk management practices.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.Why join us?
