PMO Analyst (Portfolio Analyst)OverviewWe’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support portfolio management activities within a large enterprise Project Management Office. This role partners closely with business owners and project managers to ensure project data, estimates, and reporting are accurate and actionable. The PMO Analyst will assist with project assessments, financial tracking, and portfolio optimization to support leadership decision-making.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and coordinate initial project assessments to build strong project portfoliosFacilitate validation sessions with business owners and stakeholders to confirm project needs and estimatesMaintain accurate project and portfolio data across PMO systems and tools such as Clarity, Planview, and SmartsheetTrack project budgets, forecasts, and actuals and prepare Excel based reports and dashboardsSupport PMO governance processes and ensure adherence to PMO methodologyCollaborate with project managers to ensure project status, resource allocation, and financials are updated accuratelyIdentify and implement opportunities to optimize portfolio management processes and reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredFive to eight years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, or project and financial analysisStrong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs as well as data analysis and reportingExperience with portfolio management tools such as Clarity PPM, Planview, or SmartsheetUnderstanding of SDLC and Agile frameworksExcellent communication, organization, and follow up skillsDetail oriented with strong financial acumen and analytical ability*Must reside in PA, NJ, or DE.*Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.*Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, Tuesday-Thursday in Philadelphia.
