PMO ManageršŸ“ Central London | Hybrid (1–2 days in the office)šŸ’· Ā£80,000–£95,000 + BenefitsAre you a PMO leader who is experienced at driving transformation at scale and working in a regulated environment.This is a rare opportunity to shape the controls, governance, and assurance for a major UK transformation portfolio.We’re looking for a PMO Manager to lead a high-performing team that provides governance, planning, and delivery oversight across multiple programmes. You’ll act on behalf of senior leadership.What you’ll doLead and inspire a team of PMO, ensuring high-quality support across a large and complex change projectOversee project controls, governance, and reporting processes across multiple workstreams.Provide independent assurance and insight to senior leaders on performance, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation.Maintain financial accuracy and forecast confidence across programmes, supporting robust decision-making.Champion continuous improvement — evolving PMO tools, templates, and processes to deliver world-class standards.Coach and develop delivery teams to strengthen planning, change control, and portfolio management maturity.Support roadmap development and delivery milestone tracking at portfolio level.About youProven experience leading a PMO or Project Controls team in a large, multi-project environment.Strong background in portfolio governance, project assurance, and financial control.Confident working across Agile and Waterfall environments.Excellent stakeholder management.Proactive, detail-driven, and highly organised, with the ability to ā€œsee the big pictureā€Skilled in PPM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, MS Project) and advanced MS Office Suite.Message on LinkedIn or email chirag.shah@paceglobal.org with your CV/profile and availability.Not ready to move?
