You will play a key role in optimizing our NPD workflows, enabling seamless collaboration across teams and ensuring every innovation journey from idea to shelf, is as efficient and inspiring as possible. Acting as a change driver, you will improve our global artwork management, project management and SharePoint environments to create the best foundation for innovation to thrive.In this role you willExecute the NPD process improvement projects that are part of our roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business goal towards seamless operationsAct as the Center of Excellence for project management, processes and systems within the Innovations departmentAnalyze, design and implement innovative processes, systems and structures to build a scalable and efficient NPD pipeline for example:Continuously improve the Artwork Management process and related toolingEnhance our Project Management tooling and ways of workingOptimize the use of our newly implemented SharePoint environmentStrengthen our USP (Product Messaging Development) process and supporting toolsBring all of youAt Rituals, we value your uniqueness. We are seeking an individual who combines business acumen with a passion for process excellence, and who can inspire teams to work smarter, not harder.You Will Be Successful If You BringA Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a similar field.At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or project management, ideally within retail or FMCG.Affinity with New Product Development/ Innovation.Strong analytical skills and affinity with product master data.Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and build strong stakeholder relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Advanced proficiency with project management or workflow tools.Recruitment processGrow with us and apply!
