Payrate: $55.00 - $60.00 /hr. Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead and optimize the candidate review process for our product and infrastructure pipelines. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality evaluation process that supports our hiring goals and drives the success of our teams. Responsibilities Own end-to-end management of the candidate review process for product and infrastructure hiring pipelines.Collaborate closely with recruiting, engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to define and refine review criteria, workflows, and timelines. Coordinate and facilitate candidate review meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and feedback is captured effectively. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance candidate experience. Track and analyze key metrics related to candidate review throughput, quality, and outcomes; provide regular reports and insights to leadership. Manage communication and follow-up with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely progression through the review stages. Partner with cross-functional teams to align candidate review processes with broader hiring strategies and organizational goals. Drive adoption of tools and technologies that support candidate review workflows. Identify risks and issues in the review process and proactively develop mitigation plans.
