The Alexander Technology Group is looking for a SuccessFactors Program Manager for a 6-12 month contract position.Fully remoteNo 3rd party c2c applicants will be considered, do not reach outW2 Contract Rate: 75-100/hr Requirements:Key Responsibilities:Must have SAP SuccessFactors experienceInfluence strategic decision making by partnering with business leaders to define outcomes in alignment to enterprise goals and priorities.Lead and oversee multiple complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goal sand objectives, often coordinating across multiple business groups.Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and risk managementCommunicate and report across all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on strategic initiatives and plansFacilitate and support the team’s engagement with enterprise processes,governance frameworks, and delivery modelsInfluence, advise, and implement continuous improvements and best practices.Become a trusted advisor and partner to your business stakeholdersEvaluate and measure program outcomes, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and decision-making
