Key Responsibilities:Lead programs offering and End to End solution to clients, supervising delivery, scope, budget, quality, and timelinesManage a team of several project managers collaborating in multicultural and international teamsDrive stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and seniority levels (up to CxO level)Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigationManage financial of +7M€ including budget planning, cost control, and corrective actions when neededApply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure delivery excellenceFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For:6+ years of experience in program management, preferably in consultingProven track record of delivering complex projectsFluent in English (C1 or higher) is a mustExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essentialCertifications such as PMP or Agile (Scrum, SAFe)Knowledge in Jira, Confluence, MS Project; Power BI is a plusKnowledge of the Salesforce or S4/Hana environment from integration, testing, and migrationProactive, organized, and able work autonomously remotely in dynamic environments with distributed teams What We OfferA career path to Management Lead rolesAccess to global PM communities, training, and certificationsOpportunity to work on high-impact projects with leading organizationsLocation: MadridAt Capgemini Invent, we create the leaders of tomorrow.
