Integrity Regulatory Operations team works cross-functionally to achieve regulatory compliance and minimize risk to business in an effective way while building legitimacy and protecting users. The team ensures that new products and services are launched with the latest integrity standards in place, thereby maintaining the organization's commitment to integrity and compliance. We also coordinate the launch of proactive transparency reports, to give our community visibility into how we enforce our policies, respond to data requests and protect intellectual property, while monitoring dynamics that limit access to Meta technologies. We are seeking a highly skilled program manager to join our team and lead our regulatory compliance efforts in the integrity space. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and for coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries and investigations across a large cross functional team.Program Manager, Ecosystems Operations Responsibilities:Understand the implications of regulations on Meta’s policies, workflows, and community of usersLead a large cross-functional team to coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and investigations, including developing and implementing response strategies and securing broad alignmentBuild and maintain relationships with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders, including product, legal, policy, engineering, and operations teams, to ensure effective collaborationDevelop, support and improve scaled processes supporting regulatory complianceIdentify opportunities for process improvement, implementing solutions that increase efficiency and effectivenessMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team4+ years of project /program management experience driving end to end initiatives with minimal guidanceDemonstrated problem-solving skills, experience analyzing complex and ambiguous problems, and developing innovative solutionsCommunication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, works effectively in a cross-functional environmentDemonstrated experience navigating ambiguity, achieving outcomes in deadline-focused environments, and influencing stakeholdersAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
