The role involves setting the roadmap for student engagement, supervising coordinators, managing budgets and reimbursements, and ensuring initiatives are impactful, inclusive, and well-governed. The Lead will act as the primary escalation point for student queries and will ensure that all activities contribute meaningfully to the undergraduate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the overall student affairs strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.Oversee career and cultural clubs, guiding student leaders on planning, governance, and financial management.Lead the design and oversight of student events and competitions, ensuring they are innovative, impactful, and well-executed.Manage budgets, reimbursements, and student winnings with accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.Supervise student event coordinators and community managers to ensure seamless execution and professional growth.Track outcomes, gather feedback, and continuously refine initiatives to enhance student engagement.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related fields.4-6 years of experience in student affairs, events, or community engagement.Strong expertise in budgeting, student engagement, and large-scale activity management.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
