As we grow, we need someone who can turn multiple moving parts and projects into one aligned, high-velocity machine.Today, web designers waste time rebuilding the same layouts, duct-taping workflows across ChatGPT, Notion, Figma, and Webflow, and grinding through repetitive tasks. They want to build sites that solve real problems for their clients, not spend hours on grunt work.Relume is changing that. We’re building an AI-powered platform that helps web designers plan, build, and publish websites 10× faster, without sacrificing craft.In a world racing to replace creatives with AI, we believe designers deserve tools that amplify their value, not replace it.The RoleWe’re looking for a Program Manager to run the company’s most important projects, initiatives that cut across product, engineering, design, and growth.Your mission: keep Relume’s roadmap moving as one unified system.You’ll bring visibility, alignment, and accountability across multiple projects.You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution: zooming out to ensure our bets compound, then zooming in to keep projects unblocked.What You’ll DoRun strategic programs end-to-end, define scope, goals, milestones, and dependencies across multiple product teams.Align execution between product, design, and engineering leads.Ensure accountability through clear ownership, reporting, and progress tracking in Notion.Monitor performance across key KPIs like retention, activation, and shipping velocity.Escalate smartly — flag risks early, propose solutions, and keep the team unblocked.Systemise success — build repeatable playbooks for how Relume ships multi-team initiatives.Drive communication and measure success of product initiatives — concise updates, async transparency, and zero-fluff reports.What You Bring5–8 years experience leading cross-functional programs (SaaS, product, or design tooling ideal).Strong UX and design instincts.Deep experience managing multiple squads or workstreams in a high-velocity startup.A builder’s mindset, not a bureaucrat.
