Program Manager, Global Mobility (Remote - EMEA)

We are currently looking for a Program Manager, Global Mobility in EMEA.We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and scaling of global mobility and immigration programs across multiple regions. This role will focus on building scalable frameworks, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance while enabling business growth. You will collaborate closely with HR, legal, and regional teams to design efficient mobility solutions, manage vendors, and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate combines deep regional immigration knowledge, strong program management expertise, and a passion for creating streamlined, employee-centric processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
