About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Point of Care Handheld (PoCHH) team—a group dedicated to developing innovative wireless and wired medical ultrasound equipment that empowers clinicians to visualize the human body in real time. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of medical device development, driving projects from concept to manufacturing while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.This position is newly created to support the development of a wired ultrasound probe based on our next-generation wireless handheld platform. The initiative is backed by additional funding and is part of our broader strategy to make handheld ultrasound technology more versatile and accessible.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Program Manager, you will:Cross-Functional LeadershipLead and collaborate with a diverse team across software, hardware, mechanical, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing functions.Facilitate decision-making processes and drive consensus among stakeholders.Balance trade-offs that impact project scope, timing, and value proposition.Project ExecutionOversee research, development, prototyping, testing, verification, and validation phases.Ensure work planning and resource allocation are realistic to meet commitments.Assign training and standard work expectations to align the team.Manufacturing SetupCoordinate the setup of manufacturing lines at the chosen site.Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing leaders to ensure readiness for full-volume production.Quality and ComplianceEnsure adherence to the Quality Management System and regulatory standards.Support the team in maintaining product safety, reliability, and compliance.Program GovernanceManage program milestones and documentation for leadership sign-off.Maintain visibility into program status, risks, and dependencies through structured reporting and dashboards.EducationBachelor’s degree (BSc) or higher preferred.Experience10+ years of experience managing technical programs, preferably in medical device development or similar industries.Skills And KnowledgeAgile methodology expertise is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and general IT systems.Strong global experience and ability to work with diverse teams across multiple time zones.Personal TraitsForward-leaning and proactive approach.Friendly, inclusive, and collaborative mindset.Clear thinker with strong decision-making skills.Technical background is highly desirable.Why Join Us?At PoCHH, you’ll be part of a team working on cutting-edge technology with a profound sense of purpose.
