Report directly to the CEO leading a $40m factory projectProgram Manager role for a new factory build in Sydneys South WestRequires a commercially minded program/project manager ideally from Food, FMCG or Pharmaceuticals About the ClientThe business is a rapidly growing Food Manufacturer delivering to both the retail multiples and quick service restaurants. The business is opening a new factory in 2027 and requires a commercially astute Program Manager/ Head of Projects to lead the process.About the roleYou will oversee the full program lifecycle of this factory repurpose and scoping — from design and construction through commissioning and handover.
