Program Manager

You’ll drive program governance, align cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery across budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.📍 Location: Lisbon (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)🔑 Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end program governance aligned with business goalsManage interrelated projects, risks, dependencies, and resourcesCoordinate cross-functional teams and challenge implementation strategiesMonitor budgets, timelines, and deliverablesReport to senior leadership and support strategic decisions💡 What we’re looking for:Strong knowledge of IT production (ITIL, monitoring, scheduling)Familiarity with DevOps (CI/CD, automation, IaC)Experience with cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, containers)Understanding of infrastructure tech (VMs, RHEL, Oracle)Fluent in English (French is a plus)Excellent communication and decision-making skillsStrategic mindset with hands-on execution
