Title: Risk & Controls Program ManagerLocation: Remote USDuration: 12 monthsCompensation: $40-$60/hrWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join the Finance Risk & Controls team. This program manager will facilitate and oversee the execution and delivery of SOX Change Assessment projects. As part of this, the program manager will own relationships and regularly engage with R&C Advisors and key XFN stakeholders such as finance/accounting teams, engineering, internal audit, and external audit, to enable timely delivery of SOX Change Assessment deliverables. They will proactively identify and resolve potential blockers or risks to the timely delivery of R&C services, including driving necessary escalations. The program manager will lead check-in meetings with all participants on a set cadence and drive periodic report outs to all XFN leaders. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements.TeamThe Finance Risk & Controls team provides risk and controls guidance and oversight to support the run state, respond to change, enable control automation, and provide control environment insights related to financial reporting, finance operations, and compliance efforts. Responsibilities:Triage and manage intake of new SOX Change Assessment requestsManage prioritization and roadmap of SOX Change Assessment projectsCoordinate with key stakeholders (i.e., Business, Engineering, EP Compliance, Internal Audit, External Audit, etc.) and facilitate XFN collaboration to execute SOX Change AssessmentsOversee completion of project deliverables and ensure on-time deliveryTrack assessment progress through project lifecyclePrepare periodic reporting for XFN partners and Finance/Accounting leadershipReport and escalate to R&C leadership as neededPropose and implement improvements to R&C service delivery modelDevelop, implement, and lead comprehensive training programs and awareness campaigns to promote R&C’s services and service delivery models across the organization.Drive ongoing education initiatives to ensure stakeholders understand and effectively utilize R&C offerings.Oversee the maintenance and regular update of the team’s wiki page, including curating and organizing the latest templates, resources, and documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts to enhance accessibility and clarity for all team members.Skills & ExperienceRequiredExperience working in Project/Program management and strong knowledge of project management strategies and principlesExperience in developing or implementing solutions or operational improvementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work independently, be organized, and manage one’s timeStrong ability to create relationships with XFN teamsStrong leadership and collaboration skills necessary to coordinate with multiple teams and drive alignmentTechnologically savvy and experienced with Google and Microsoft suitesPreferredPMP/PMI or similar certificationPrior experience at a tech companyFamiliarity with Tableau and basic SQL Our benefits package includes:Comprehensive medical benefitsCompetitive pay401(k) retirement plan…and much more! About INSPYR SolutionsTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
