Program Manager

Role OverviewAs a Program Manager, you’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution. You’ll own high-impact programs across operations, growth, and product, ensuring initiatives move from concept to delivery with speed, clarity, and alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive planning, execution, and delivery of key cross-functional initiatives across operations, supply chain, and partner management.Translate business objectives into detailed project plans with defined timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.Identify bottlenecks, preempt risks, and enable faster decision-making across stakeholders.Collaborate closely with business heads, product, and analytics to design scalable processes and performance dashboards.Conduct weekly program reviews with senior leadership, tracking progress against OKRs.Institutionalize frameworks and best practices for governance, reporting, and execution efficiency.Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring all teams deliver on targets without losing sight of overall business goals.Requirements2-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in startups, operations, consulting, or supply chain tech environments.Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from 0→1 and 1→N.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable with data — able to use dashboards, analytics tools, and reports to guide execution.Strong bias for action, structured thinking, and ownership mindset.
