Your future jobAs Program Manager at Melexis you will plan, coordinate and control all activities for the development of a portfolio of products within a given Business Unit. You are responsible to achieve the technical, commercial and quality targets in line with the Melexis development policies and methodologies. Besides, you manage the priorities of the allocated development resources in alignment with the Product Roadmap of a given Business unit.More specifically, you will:Act as a liaison between the development teams and the product line and participate in the escalation process.Drive the initiation of new projects.Steer the execution of the projects according to the Melexis Project Development Flow.Track project performance and proactively ensure the project stays on track.Align and co-ordinate activities of the internal/external suppliers of existing/new processes, ensure appropriate risk management and drive effective implementation.Manage one or more development projects for the Product Line.Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes and technologies, share knowledge across the sites.Coach project managers of the team in order for them to achieve their individual objectives.Guide the project development team members to transfer the product into the production environment according to the Melexis quality standards and the project target (time, cost, quality). Ensure that all needed documentation/expertise are available to ensure a successful product launch by the Business Unit.Your profileAn engineering master degree in Electronics or related field; IC Design Experience is an asset.At least 10 years successful project management experience in the development of integrated circuits with a sound knowledge of project life cycle, technologies in use and quality requirements in this specific industry. Experience in the Automotive context is an asset.Experience managing complex projects/programs involving different domains like IC, package, manufacturing process development.Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
