This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. Responsibilities include program planning, curriculum development in collaboration with faculty, ensuring efficient program delivery, and tracking student outcomes. The Program Manager will also liaise with international academic partners, manage administrative tasks, and work closely with students to support their academic journeys. Additionally, the role involves organizing events, managing resources, and driving quality assurance initiatives to uphold MIUC's reputation for excellence.QualificationsProgram management, academic planning, and curriculum development skillsStrong administrative and organizational abilities, including event planning and resource managementInterpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with international partners, faculty, and studentsLeadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality assurance and maintaining academic standardsRelevant experience in higher education or program management rolesMaster’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Proficiency in IT tools and systems related to academic program managementFamiliarity with international educational qualifications is an advantage
