In this role, the Program Manager will oversee personnel and resources at multiple sites to improve quality, workflows and efficiency, which ultimately supports the goals and objectives of the Workforce Initiatives’ programs.Responsibilities often involve program strategy, cross-project coordination, stakeholder management, and performance analysis. Bachelor's Degree required along with experience in project management, leadership, data analysis, and communication.Strong administrative experience necessary with a background in workforce development including skills using excel and online databases to manage programs and provide performance improvement.Competency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic databases.Must have experience with developing and maintaining program operations and managing resources.Must be organized, an excellent communicator and able to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.The position is located in the Bronx and requires local travel within NYC and possibly Westchester County. The shift is Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00 PM with some evening and weekend hours as needed.
