Program Manager

Job Descriptions: Plan, organize, and ensure the smooth execution of learning programs, managing schedules, logistics and participants communication by integrating multimedia content into effective delivery formats.Manage the operations of business clubs/communities and networking initiatives to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing.Build strategic collaborations with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external partners to deliver high-quality content and experiences and expand the reach and relevance of ELF school programs.Monitor program effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics; implement improvements as needed.Adapts legacy content into educational materials and visuals, ensuring high-quality storytelling in all learning formats.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, Business, or related field1–3 years’ experience in program management, learning operations, or community engagementStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesCreative in developing and adapting learning materials (content, visuals, storytelling)Proficient in using digital tools for learning delivery (e.g., Canva, LMS, video platforms)Data-driven mindset with ability to track and evaluate program effectivenessCollaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong execution skills
