You are not just a consultant: you grow with us while making an impact for our clients.At Phinest, you’ll find the right balance between professional growth, meaningful projects, and a collaborative environment.Position: Program ManagerResponsabilities:Program planning and strategy: Develop a strategic plan for the program, including defining objectives, identifying stakeholders, and outlining a timeline for completion.Resource management: Determine what resources will be required for the program and allocate them accordingly.Risk management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.Communication and collaboration: Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders and team members, promoting collaboration and coordination across teams and departments.Manage program team: Lead the program team, ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilitiesEnsure program quality: Ensure that the program delivers a high-quality product or service that meets the needs of stakeholders.Program monitoring and evaluation: Track progress, monitor program performance, and evaluate outcomes against established goals and objectives.Stakeholder management: Engage and manage the expectations of stakeholders, including customers, partners, and other stakeholders.Continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimise program performance.Skills and Qualifications:Master’s degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent7 to 15 years of a proven experience in Program ManagementStrive for excellence, can-do attitude Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholders including a business audienceResult oriented, supported by analytical and critical thinkingEffective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasksFlexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environmentKnowledge in or interest for Agile, PMI, BPMN, Prince 2, Lean-6 Sigma is an assetLanguages:Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,Dutch is an assetWhat we offer:Our focus is to develop a long-term collaboration with our talented consultants.
