What matters is adaptability, a willingness to learn and reinvent, and intellectual humility.ResponsibilitiesThis role sits at the intersection of content strategy, product thinking, and operational excellence—solving first-time, high-scale challenges across a rapidly expanding content ecosystem.Content Library Ownership: End-to-end ownership of the licensed content library—ensuring quality, consistency, and high-impact content availability across genres.Licensing Strategy & Expansion: Run structured experiments, analyze performance signals, and identify top-performing genres. Collaborate with Finance to acquire high-potential licenses backed by data-driven conviction.Revenue & Budget Management: Own P&L responsibilities for the workstream. Deploy revenue-growth strategies while maintaining strict budget discipline and maximizing ROI.Content Adaptation Excellence: Elevate adaptation quality to deepen episodic retention and strengthen long-term engagement across user cohorts.Operational Program Management: Build programs and workflows that guarantee a steady, timely flow of content going live—fully aligned with growth targets and business goals.Team & Talent Leadership: Hire, scale, and lead editorial and promo production teams. Drive talent development through structured training, workshops, incentives, and ongoing capability-building.Data-Driven Content Decisions: Track show performance, identify improvement levers, and shape the future pipeline by pairing editorial intuition with analytical rigor.Process Innovation: Design and refine end-to-end processes for creation, distribution, and repurposing. Keep teams aligned on product innovations and integrate new features seamlessly into the content strategy.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of work experience in a startup/similar environment.Astute problem-solving skills and ability to break (seemingly) large problems into smaller and practical solvable pieces, and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with a keen eye for insights and metricsPassionate about building great product experiences, thriving in fast-moving environments, and making smart decisions in ambiguity.
