Program Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to spearhead a major Domain Automation Transformation Programme spanning multiple business domains and operating companies.In this high-impact role, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of cross-domain initiatives, orchestrate multiple Agile teams, and ensure alignment across backlogs, stakeholders, and delivery streams. If you excel at turning ambiguity into clarity and momentum, this is your opportunity to lead a truly large-scale change programme.What you’ll do:Lead delivery across several domains, ensuring quality, pace, and alignment with strategic goalsMaintain a 360° view of programme health, tracking progress and performance across multiple workstreamsNavigate complex stakeholder landscapes and balance competing prioritiesDrive clarity across product backlogs, dependencies, and delivery sequencingOwn risk, issue, and dependency management across domains and teamsSupport Agile delivery teams with strong practices, metrics, and governanceProvide concise, insightful reporting to senior leadershipWhat you’ll bring:Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Programme Manager in automation or digital transformationHands-on leadership of multiple Agile teams and multi-domain backlogsStrong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skillsExpertise in Agile, hybrid delivery models, and end-to-end delivery governanceTrack record of managing complex risks, dependencies, and cross-functional deliveryExcellent communication and influencing skills, including at senior levelsNice to have:Experience in federated/group-model organisationsExposure to domain-driven design or technical delivery programmesBackground in automation-focused initiativesExperience in regulated industriesTools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, RAID/delivery dashboardsThis position is based in Barcelona with 2-3 days per week required in the office.The position can be offered on a permanent or contract basis (Autonomo basis) at either approx €65,000 per annum or approx. €500 per day.
