Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience delivering complex data platform and analytics programs within the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, ETL/ELT frameworks, business intelligence, regulatory reporting, and cross-enterprise program leadership.This role will lead multi-year, multi-vendor programs that enable data-driven decision-making, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.15–20 years of total experience with 8–10+ years managing enterprise data platform or analytics programs in the FSI sector.Strong expertise in data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, data lakes/warehouses, and BI/reporting.Hands-on experience with data governance, metadata management, lineage, data quality, and regulatory data management.Proven delivery experience in multi-vendor, cross-functional environments.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior executives in business, risk, finance, and compliance.Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures (Data Lakehouse, Mesh, Fabric).Strong command of program governance, budget control, and change management practices.
