Program Manager

This role will focus on identifying and solving day-to-day challenges in the learning domain, with a particular emphasis on curriculum, content, and student progression. The ideal candidate will excel at uncovering bottlenecks, implementing immediate solutions, and setting up scalable, long-term processes.Salary: INR 11,00,000 - 18,00,000 / yearResponsibilitiesIdentify and analyze day-to-day operational challenges in areas such as curriculum design, content development, and student progression.Develop and implement solutions to resolve immediate issues and enhance overall efficiency.Work closely with academic teams to uncover bottlenecks and create streamlined workflows.Set up scalable processes to support the learning ecosystem as the organization grows.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including academic teams, content creators, and leadership, to align on goals and ensure seamless execution.Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and refine them based on feedback and data-driven insights.Eligibility2 years of experience as a Program Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar role.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivering results.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience in designing and scaling operational processes.Data-driven approach with proficiency in tools like Excel or other analytical software.(*Note: This is a requirement for one of Scout's clients)Skills: process optimisation,operations management,program management
