Job Title: Program ManagerLocation: Karlsbad, GermanyMode:3 to 4 days onsite Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead cross-functional program execution, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, internal teams, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, coordination, and tracking skills, with a strong understanding of software and product development lifecycles. Key Responsibilities• Program Planning & Coordination:Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, and trackers, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and KPIs are met on time and within scope.• Stakeholder Management:Facilitate effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and delivery leads of sub-programs.• Cadence & Governance:Drive recurring meetings, reviews, and status cadences with clear documentation, action item follow-up, and issue resolution tracking.• Metrics & Reporting:Define, measure, and report on program KPIs and delivery metrics; proactively identify risks and mitigation plans.• Lifecycle Management:Ensure adherence to software and product lifecycle processes, from concept to release, including validation, delivery, and post-deployment support.• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization, leveraging program data and team feedback to enhance delivery efficiency.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; MBA or PMP certification preferred.• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in automotive, embedded, or software product domains.• Strong understanding of software development and product lifecycle management (Agile, V-Model, etc.).• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.• Proficiency in program tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Excel dashboards, Power BI).• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sub-programs simultaneously.
