Job DescriptionSeeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large Transformation initiative, ensuring the successful delivery of transformation milestonesMaintain a comprehensive roadmap including the tracking and inventory of all deployed capabilities and impacted applications, track release schedules (including dark vs. live deployments), and align testing and environment timelines with broader program goals. This role requires proactive coordination with business, stakeholder, and program teams ahead of each release, as well as diligent monitoring of release success and schedule changes. The successful candidate will thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments, exhibit a strong sense of urgency and ownership, and ensure seamless program execution and stakeholder alignment throughout the Transformation Roadmap.QualificationsExperience with Program management of large complex initiatives with experience across all levels of the SLDCSkilled at juggling multiple demands with an ability to function well in uncertain situationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders.Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)/iTrack and Jira Align/Jira CloudDemonstrates strong sense of urgency, ownership and operates in a collaborative mannerDemonstrate technical aptitude in Agile Development, DevOps, and Architecture, with at least 4 years of experience working in scaled agile teams.Strong organizational, negotiation, and critical thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
