This role involves leading teams from different areas to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage projects: Oversee all stages of infrastructure and construction projects by preparing and maintaining documents such as project plans, action logs, communication plans, and status reports.Develop project and risk management plans: Create detailed plans for projects valued up to around $20 million to ensure effective management throughout the project’s lifecycle.Coordinate multiple activities: Oversee tasks like quality assurance, engineering, stakeholder engagement, regulatory approvals, procurement, construction management, and safety to keep projects on schedule and within budget.Use project management tools: Manage project scope, planning, tracking, and reporting using Microsoft Office and project management software.Communicate with stakeholders: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear and professional communication.
