Program Manager (Telecom)

Intellias is looking for skilled Program Manager with excellent communication skills and experience in Telecom domain.Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management of Information Systems10+ years of full-time practice as a Project Manager/ Delivery Manager and 5+ years in program management of BSS transformation projectsExperience and knowledge in several key domains relevant to the program B.A/B.Sc. degree, global equivalent or higher PGMP certification would be a plusTrack record of accounts led in Telecom domainsPre-sales and client engagement experience is a mustExperience in direct communication with multiple stakeholders on client sideExperience in managing teams of 50+ people and/or engagements with 3+ vendors is a plusExcellent communication skills, ability to influence people, leadership by examples, cultural awarenessExperience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, requirement analysis, effort estimating, software engineering practices, quality assuranceReadiness for business trips, familiarity with CIS region and Uzbekistan telecom is requiredUpper-intermediate level of written and spoken EnglishResponsibilities:Managing several teams for one enterprise engagement in Telecom domain.Business development and account management in required areasWorking closely with the stakeholders on both sides to manage the day-to-day work of the development teamCoaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workCoaching customers, explaining best practices in management and engineering processTailoring and facilitating right software engineering processes and defining the roles and responsibilities of all of the project team membersProject reporting, team velocity, ensuring key performance indicators reaching success level values
