The Program Manager will oversee and manage multiple entrepreneurship projects, bootcamps and initiatives to ensure their successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing programs; managing stakeholder relationships; and engaging project vendors. The role also involves monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to achieve organizational goals.QualificationsProject management competencies, including time management, prioritization, and task delegationStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in business strategy, data analysis, and decision-makingTechnical skills in project management software and documentation toolsLeadership qualities and the ability to inspire and manage teamsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant program or project management experienceExperience in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
