Job Description

Program ManagerResponsibilities:(Program) responsible for the annual realization of approximately 15 to 20 projects (material tenders and implementations) that are of strategic importance for client's construction and management task in the energy transition with contractual values between €1 million and €400 millionAccountable to one (or more) steering groups through progress and requested decisions and provide them with solicited and unsolicited adviceInvolve (internal) stakeholders in the right way and help steering committee members and project members/business consultants reach the necessary stakeholdersFurther development/improvement of the process of initiating and preparing material tenders, by executing the tender and implementing the framework agreements concluded for client's four operational chains.Interpret obtained management information on the use of implemented framework agreements and formulate improvement proposals or intervene with supporting departments to resolve issues or minimize risksDeveloping and managing supplier auditsIntegrated coordination of capacity, annual plans and change management initiatives (Epics) within AM and the operational chains.What are you bringing?HBO/WO working and thinking level;At least 10 years of experience in project-based management of complex tenders (preferably for technical materials);You have experience in building and leading teams;You have a continuous improvement mindset, focusing on connecting and collaborating with all stakeholders. You excel in stakeholder management.You have experience in conducting conversations and have no difficulty addressing people about their performance (and their attitude and behavior).Location: Rotterdam + HybridDuration: ASAP – 2-11-2026Hours per week: 40
