Your opportunityAs a Culture And Communication Program Officer (AO5), You'll Support a Range Of Programs And Engagement Initiatives That Enhance RFSQ's Culture And Volunteer Experience. In This Diverse And Rewarding Role, You Will: Coordinate communications, engagement activities and events that connect RFSQ staff and volunteers. Develop high-quality content and collateral for campaigns, workshops and digital platforms. Support planning, logistics and delivery of major projects, forums and leadership events. Assist with evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement across engagement initiatives. Skill in creating digital and print communication materials that inform and inspire. Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Articulate Storyline. Confidence coordinating events and engagement activities from planning to delivery. AwarenesYour opportunityThe Ideal Candidate Will Bring: Experience in communication, engagement or event coordination, ideally within government, emergency services or community settings. Skill in creating digital and print communication materials that inform and inspire. Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Articulate Storyline. Confidence coordinating events and engagement activities from planning to delivery. Awareness of Queensland Government communication and branding guidelines (or ability to learn quickly). A collaborative, people-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
