Program/Project Management Lead

Hybrid role in CDMXClient & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 'PMO Service'.Responsibilities: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful deliveryLead and mentor project teams to achieve project goalsMonitor and report project progress to stakeholders regularlyIdentify and mitigate project risks effectivelyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project successQualifications:Project Management Certifications: PMI or Agile methodologies.Experience: Minimum of 8 years managing software development projects.Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Strong understanding and hands-on experience.Executive Communication: Excellent ability to communicate effectively at C-Level.Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building capabilities with both technical and business teams.Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and experience with JIRA.Risk & Issue Management: Intermediate-level expertise in identifying and managing risks and issues.Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of infrastructure and architecture concepts.Insurance Industry: Familiarity with fundamental insurance concepts.Language Skills: Intermediate proficiency in English.Additional Competencies: Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in dynamic environments.
