Programme Manager - Startup AcceleratorAbout Us:DOHE is on a journey to transform education by leveraging technology responsibly to improve educational quality and foster societal progress. Through our accelerator, we support EdTech startups in realising their visions, helping them grow, engage with their audience, and establish impactful operations. Find out more andThe Go-Together EdTech Accelerator:Go-Together is a 26-week programme designed to assist EdTech startups by offering expert diagnosis followed by 20 weeks of acceleration. Each startup will receive personalised coaching from experienced coaches, aiming to define and achieve key objectives based on their business mission and capabilities. Our goal is to foster a thriving ecosystem of EdTech innovators, ensuring startups have the resources and support needed to thrive.Role and ResponsibilitiesGo-Together accelerator programme cohort management, operation and reportingOversee the end-to-end management of the accelerator programmeManage the programme’s operational processes, including diagnosis, key objective setting and acceleration (1:1 coaching)Deliver excellent accelerator experience to founders, coaches, partners and all stakeholdersMeasure and track the progress of startups, ensuring achievement of programme key objectivesWork closely with startups to understand their needs and provide tailored support, or to match with appropriate coaches and expertsOrganise and manage Coach & Founder interactions, ensuring a high level of engagement and value for both partiesCoordinate and facilitate workshops, expert’ sessions and networkingIdentify challenges faced by startups and proactively offer solutions or connect them with appropriate resourcesRegularly assess the performance and growth of startups, providing feedback and recommendations for improvementRequirements:Fluent in English and KoreanBachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus) is desirableProven experience managing accelerator programmes, startup ecosystems, venture capital, managing, incubators, or early-stage venturesStrong understanding of startup challenges, fundraising processes, business operations, and scaling strategiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders (startups, investors, mentors, etc.)Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Skills:Experience working with startups in a hands-on roleFamiliarity with startup tools, pitch decks, financial modelling, and fundraising platformsEmployment:Working hours: Full-time 40 hours a week.Location: Remote - South Korea basedContract: Fixed Term ContractSalary: From 60,000,000+ WON - depending on experience
