Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Programme Manager, located in Ireland. The Programme Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the Infrastructure (transportation, water/utilities and energy) construction and consultancy sector. Day-to-day tasks will include managing project teams, developing project scopes, timelines, and budgets, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role will also involve risk management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Project Management, Programme Management, and Team Leadership skillsExperience in Budget Management, Timeline Development, and Risk ManagementClient Liaison, Stakeholder Management, and Communication skillsPerformance Tracking and Continuous Improvement skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesBachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldNEC contract experience and PMP or similar project management certification is a plusExperience in the building consultancy industry is beneficial
