The goal is to ensure every programme will be delivered successfully and adds the highest possible value to the organisation. Work with business sponsors to effectively request and manage change within the Project Management Framework through Business Cases ensuring projects align to the strategic direction of the organisation.Champion the NZX Project Management approach and standards to develop and maintain frameworks to align and support project delivery.Lead resource planning and allocation across programmes, ensuring optimal utilisation and resolving conflict.Lead the various forums to ensure robust delivery of business outcomes.To be successful in this role, it is helpful that you have:a recognised project management qualification and/or Degree in business administration or related field.at least 10 years programme management experience. Including utilising both traditional ‘waterfall’ and Lean/Agile approaches.strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical requirements with clarity.experience of Managing and Leading teams with a mix of seniority and experience and a proven track record of leading successful business transformation.high emotional intelligence, positive team-member with strong people skills and ability to develop trusted relationships.In addition to this, you will need excellent attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, and commercial acumen, ideally from a wealth management or financial services background. The ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, with dedicated time management skills is essential.This is a full-time, permanent role based in Auckland.
