Programme Officer

Role Description The Programme Officer will manage, implement, and monitor program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include coordinating community outreach initiatives, supporting program development, preparing progress reports, and engaging with stakeholders. This is a contract, on-site role based in Lahore. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to oversee the successful completion of assigned projects. Qualifications Project management and coordination skills, including planning, organization, and time management.Community outreach and stakeholder engagement abilities.Excellent communication and report-writing skills, both written and verbal.Monitoring, evaluation, and data analysis expertise for assessing program effectiveness.Experience in non-profit or development sector roles is advantageous.Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
