Job Description

Role Overview{​{: }}We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management coordination, and general HR administration. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on exposure to core HR processes in a structured corporate environment. Key Responsibilities{​{:

}} Facilitate onboarding activities including documentation, induction sessions, and system access setup Coordinate offboarding processes, ensuring smooth exits and completion of clearance procedures Assist in performance management cycle activities (goal tracking, appraisal coordination, data management) Maintain and update HR records, files, and employee databases Support HR policies and process compliance across departments Assist in employee engagement and internal communication initiatives Provide administrative support for daily HR operations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR operations and policies is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment BenefitsSuccessful completion of the traineeship may lead to a contractual/probationary HR Executive role based on performance.
