As a senior data analyst on the Human Resources (HR) Systems People Analytics team, you’ll partner with leaders in the Talent Acquisition Group and other teams to develop and evolve a variety of operational reporting solutions. In this customer-facing role, you’ll work closely with your business partners offering variety and exposure to a broad spectrum of people data.
In addition, you’ll use the latest technologies to develop innovative, creative, self-service reporting tools. Remote work allowed.
Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of SQL and/or T-SQL and strong SAS/Snowflake and data visualization, such as Power BI/Tableau Proven ability to work and interact directly with customers and partners to build reporting solutions that prioritize performance optimization and user-friendly interfaces Skilled in communicating and explaining data insights and trends to customers in a clear and actionable manner Self-starter who worked collaboratively within a team and across all levels of an organization Approaches work with a powerful sense of ownership, curiosity, and a strong dedication to quality and continuous improvementCompensation $79,200 – $105,600/year Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
