Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the owners, as well as reporting to regulatory authorities,Budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring of variances,Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations,Knowledge of both Slovenian Accounting Standards (SRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), for harmonization of local reports with international requirements,Payroll processing, VAT, and other tax obligations,Management of the company’s cash flow and financial assets,Ensuring ongoing compliance with accounting standards and tax legislation,Cooperation with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other financial partners. Requirements:

Minimum level VI/1 education in finance, accounting, or economics,At least 5 years of experience in finance and operational accounting (including payroll),Leadership experience is not a requirement, but an advantage,Strong knowledge of Slovenian financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and tax regulations,Knowledge of the HR field is desirable but not mandatory,Proficient in English,CV in both Slovenian and English,Advanced knowledge of Excel.
