Job Description

Tyto Athene is searching for a Project Administrator Specialist Level III for a complex, multi-year contract to support the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services. Scope of work is dominantly comprised of providing assistance in processing and tracking of Command-level Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Programs which integrate with Information Access Programs (i.e., Privacy Act, Records Management, Section 508, Information Collections/Paperwork Reduction, Information Quality, Civil Liberties, and Federal Register) as required by federal statutory and regulatory requirements. The Contractor shall provide support to assist with the processing and tracking of a Command-level FOIA/PA Program which integrates with Information Access Programs (i.e., Records Management, Section 508, Information Collections/Paperwork Reduction, Information Quality, Civil Liberties, and Federal Register) as required by federal statutory and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesProcess FOIA/PA requests (approximately 60 requests per month, supporting 47 locations) Assist with monitoring AFRC Systems of Record (approximately 15)Assist with Command-wide FOIA/PA trainingTrack/Report FOIA and Information Access Programs metricsProcess the Command-wide significant FOIA requests Review and provide redaction recommendations for significant FOIA responsive records, prior to release, to the FOIA/PA Manager for decisionAssist as the point of contact for questions concerning any significant FOIA requests or data callsTrack/Monitor Command-wide FOIA requests to ensure they are assigned accordinglyPerform redactions of responsive documents or verify OPR redactions are properly appliedTrack/Process FOIA audit recommendationsProduce monthly FOIA/PA Program metrics Review progress against FOIA/PA backlog Process complaint/appeal from FOIA/PA RequestersMonitor/Report FOIA/PA backlogAssist with answering questions from requestorsReview/Process/Monitor/Assign FOIA request via eFOIAAssist with management and processing of FOIA litigation casesAssists with preparing Information Collections Reports (ICR) packages according to AFI 33-324Process records searchesRequiredComplete AF FOIA training with thirty (30) calendar days of initial start.Recommend three (3) years of experience of similar type of workLocation Work on site at Robins AFRC in GA.ClearanceActive DoD Secret clearancePotential for TeleworkBased on customer needsCompensationCompensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $50,000-$70,000.
