Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Control: Managing project files, including submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, Quality, and drawings.Financial Administration: Processing invoices, assisting with budget tracking, and monitoring project expenses.Communication Hub: Acting as a liaison between the site team, subcontractors, clients, and internal staff.Site Support: Managing subcontractor onboarding, site access, and tracking inventory and equipment. Required Skills And QualificationsSoftware Proficiency: Strong experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and detailed documentation.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction documents & construction platforms, terminology & surroundings.
