Responsible to ensure smooth day to day activities on the project site, including site office equipment and supply management and to assist with document administration and tracking of all associated construction compliances. This position may be located at a regional office OR at a construction project site and candidate must have the flexibility to change construction projects as needed.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAct as liaison for the project; respond to requests, answer the phone and greet visitors onsiteProvide general support for site visitorsAid project with any site security / badging or other logistic items as neededMaintain the field office services and supplies including office supplies, office equipment and employee suppliesScheduling of office spaces and maintenance of seating charts and signageCoordinate any repairs or maintenance necessaryAid with onboarding new employees and ensuring they have all the equipment and access needed for successRun project reports as required for the project team and for record purposesTrack and maintain up to date logs as required for project logisticsAid in compiling backup and support documentation as required to aid with the submission of the monthly invoice to the client and other submissions as neededRoute Documents for approvals and signatures using Sign-Now electronic signature processesOperate as a backup for the collection and processing of union payroll hours and aid with the onboarding of union crewmembers when neededProcess Expense reports and credit cards for project Mgmt. teamCo-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when necessaryCompletion and tracking of new employee access and equipment transfer requestsAssemble and file necessary documentation for archiving along with the project team at the end of the projectRequirementsEducation: High school diploma required, Associates degree preferredConstruction industry experience preferred but not required. Office experience highly desired.Ability to effectively communicate and participate actively in a critical role as part of a team environmentManage multiple tasks, produce quality work on time-sensitive deadlines while remaining flexible and able to pivot between tasks as neededAbility to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in other Departments and projects to assist in resolving mutual issues or to develop improved processesExcel proficiency and use of overall MS Office SuiteProject Management Software (Procore), JD Edwards E1 (Financial) & Bluebeam pdf experience are helpfulEgnyte or similar cloud platform content sharing experience a plusAdept in learning new software quickly and able to navigate and use to review, track, and upload various documentsFisk Electric builds extraordinary projects and we need exceptional talent.
