Our operations are headquartered in Jin Fei, Riche Terre, ensuring a solid local presence.Job SummaryManage order processing, client communication, and sales support to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction for installation and after sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams, maintain accurate documentation, and support inventory and reporting functions for smooth order fulfilmentKey ResponsibilitiesOrder Management: Process and track supplier orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and filing of projects with required information to be provided.Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing product information, and addressing issues.Documentation: Maintain and update installation and after-sales records, contracts, and client information in the CRM system.Coordination: Liaise with the logistics, finance, and service teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and after-sales support.Reporting: Generate and analyse stock reports, monitor stock update, and provide data for ordering to the hod.Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating with the procurement team for stock replenishment.Working conditions:Location - Industrial zone, Jin Fei, Riche TerreWorking hours - Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00Saturdays - 08:30 to 13:00
