We're seeking a sharp, detail-driven Project Administrator to manage high-volume invoice processing, keep workflows moving, and help drive operational efficiency.This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy, fast-paced environment where your accuracy, organisation and problem-solving skills will shine.THE ROLE -Validate and process high-volume invoices and work orders with precision.Review documentation and identify discrepancies across timesheets, work orders and supporting evidence.Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve invoice queries.Meet key KPIs and support reporting requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting training and refining processes.THE PERSON -Experience processing large volumes of invoices and work orders.Strong Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems (Maximo, Novus, or SAP).Confident communicator who can liaise with vendors, field staff and finance teams.Ability to work to deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, available to work Mon-Tue onsite in Melbourne CBD.Why You'll Love This Role✔ $40/hr flat rate ✔ Hybrid working - CBD office Mondays & Tuesdays, WFH the rest ✔ Long contract through to June 2026 with potential extension ✔ Join a supportive team culture ✔ Work on a major Telstra project with career-building experienceReady to step into a role where your attention to detail truly makes a difference?
