Project Analyst / Business Analyst

Role DescriptionAs a Project Analyst / Business Analyst in a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, you will analyze business requirements, identify key processes, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Your day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business needs, analyzing and designing efficient workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. While most tasks will be carried out remotely, occasional in-person meetings or on-site work may be required.QualificationsProficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to evaluate data, identify trends, and propose effective solutionsStrong Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse stakeholders and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plansUnderstanding of Business Processes and Business Requirements to design, document, and streamline workflows that meet organizational objectivesAttention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and propose improvementsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a hybrid work environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related fieldExperience with HR systems or processes preferred but not mandatory
