About Us:Surf Hardware International is the world's leading supplier of surfing hardware and accessories featuring brands such as Fin Control Systems (FCS), Softech, Gorilla Grip, Gowings Pacific Trader and Alvey Fishing Reels. We have recently moved our Global HQ to central Coffs Harbour and we are looking for candidates who are based in the Coffs Harbour region, who are interested in joining the operations team.About the Role:The Project and Administrative Lead is the lead contact person for both complex projects driving our brands forward with innovative and critical work, and aligning / establishing process to set foundational practice.In addition to being the lead resource with key projects, this role will involve assisting those in the Product Development and Supply Chain teams as required to meet company goals.Key Objectives & Performance 1. Project LeadContact point for projects as specified by Surf Hardware.Responsible for:Maintain timelines for assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery;Managing budget;Regular presentations reporting on:Progress, andMilestones.Ensure products meet our design, performance, and cost specifications.Maintain and protect the IP portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and designs. 2. Administrative LeadAssistance in design and establishment of foundational and optimal work processes.Alignment of those processes to the business needs to ensure both the Product Development and Supply teams outcomes are systematic and repeatable.Responsible for:Deliver process documentation in assigned timeframesThe implementation of those processesMonitor and responsible for time management of projects (such as the Critical Path) in range and product launches Requirements for each project / initiative:Fortnightly update on progressMeasured against previous fortnightKeep Product Decision Matrix elements up to date.Milestones metProject completion on time 3.
