Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Project and Sales Manager based in Dublin. The role involves leading end-to-end project management for client flooring or renovation projects, managing customer requirements, and ensuring timely delivery. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, developing strategic sales plans to meet growth targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Project and Sales Manager ensures a seamless customer experience, drives sales, and oversees project execution from planning to completion. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and on-time deliverySales expertise, including strategic plan development and customer acquisitionStrong interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skillsTime management and organizational abilities to oversee multiple projectsKnowledge of flooring products and materials is advantageousProficiency with sales and project management software toolsA results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targetsBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Project Management, or a related field
