Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating architectural designs, managing project timelines, preparing submittals, ensuring compliance with environmental standards like LEED, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. They will collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution while adhering to quality and safety standards. Qualifications Knowledge of architecture and proficiency in design principlesExperience with project management, including coordinating timelines and ensuring deliverablesFamiliarity with LEED standards and ability to incorporate environmental considerations into designsProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and preparing submittalsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; professional certification is a plusPrior experience in real estate or large-scale housing projects is an advantage
